Role and Responsibilities of Agile Software Engineer or Team Member
* Team is believed responsible for a release, individuals are apprehended accountable to their commitments
* Team members are also responsible for classifying the complexity of the tasks (assigned to them) and allocating efforts (in number of hours / days) to those.
* Each team member has multiple roles on a project
* The tasks or activities of each of the team members are affiliated in a way such that the targets associated with a specific sprint are achieved.
* They are responsible for communicating the status of project daily to scrum masters.
* Team member should highlight the issues to the scrum masters.
* Team Member should conduct a demo of tasks completed by them to product owners during sprint reviews.
